Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods (such as drops or sales), processing times may be extended. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Domestic & International Shipping

We ship to most locations worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes upon delivery. Timeless Culture is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Timeless Culture is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure. If you believe your package is missing, contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Address Issues

If you enter the wrong shipping address, email us immediately at info@timelessindy.com. If your order has not shipped, we will do our best to update the address. If the package has already shipped, we cannot guarantee rerouting.
