All orders are processed within 2–4 business days, not including weekends or holidays. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. We do not ship on Sundays or during holidays.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of our collections, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item you received is damaged or defective.

Store Credit

If your return is approved for a damaged item, you will receive store credit only. No refunds will be issued. Store credit will be sent via digital gift card and does not expire.


Order Issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Order Cancellations
