Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

How long does shipping take?

Standard U.S. shipping takes 3–7 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout. Delivery times may vary during high-volume periods.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us immediately at [insert email]. We’ll do our best, but we can’t guarantee changes once your order is being processed.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

What is the return policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.

What if I received the wrong item or something arrived damaged?

Please email us at [insert email] within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. If approved, store credit will be issued.

Do you offer refunds?

We only offer store credit for approved issues. We do not issue cash or card refunds.

Tracking & Delivery

My package says delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

Please check with neighbors or your local carrier first. If you still haven’t located it, contact the shipping carrier directly. Timeless Culture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

General Questions

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some of our pieces are limited releases. If an item is marked “sold out,” it may not return. Follow us on Instagram and sign up for email alerts to stay updated on future drops.

Do you offer in-store pickup?

Not at the moment. Online orders are shipped only. However, you’re always welcome to visit our flagship location in Indianapolis to shop in person and explore the full collection.
