Refund policy

Effective September 9, 2026

We want you to feel good in your Timeless Culture pieces. Eligible items may be returned for an exchange or store credit when requested within 14 calendar days of delivery, pickup, or an in-store purchase.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all original tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

To start, email support@timelessindy.com with your order number, the item, and whether you prefer an exchange or store credit. Please wait for return approval and instructions before sending anything back. Approved mail returns must be shipped within 7 calendar days of approval.

Exchanges depend on availability. If your requested replacement is unavailable, we will issue store credit. Store credit is based on the amount paid for the returned merchandise, including applicable tax, and does not expire. Original shipping charges are not included. We do not provide original-payment refunds for a change of mind or fit preference, except where required by law.

Customers pay return shipping and any shipping for an exchange. There is no restocking fee. Approved returns may also be brought to our flagship at 6216 Carrollton Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46220, during store hours. We aim to inspect returns and issue approved credit within 5 business days of receipt.

Products clearly marked Final Sale before purchase, personalized/custom-made items, and gift cards are excluded from change-of-mind returns. A discount alone does not make an item final sale unless that designation was shown before purchase.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@timelessindy.com promptly with your order number and photos. We will cover necessary return shipping and offer a replacement or refund for a confirmed issue. Final-sale exclusions do not remove rights relating to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

This policy applies to purchases made on or after its publication date. Earlier purchases remain subject to the policy in effect when purchased. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable law.
